1. It is recommended to isolate the filling equipment from other equipment. The smooth part of the mask machine and the filling material part should be prevented from cross-contamination. The smoothness of the conveyor belt should use special soapy water or smooth oil.
2. In addition to the cleaning of the mask machine, it is also very necessary to keep the filling workshop clean and tidy. Since it is more taboo during the production process that the production line cannot operate normally due to the quality of the mask machine itself, it is necessary to pay attention to sterilization, ensure cleanliness, and low-temperature filling when using the mask machine.
3. Keep the liquid mask machine pipeline clean. All pipelines, especially those in direct or indirect contact with materials, must be kept clean. They must be flushed every week, and water must be taken every day. It is not necessary to sterilize them; to ensure that the mask machine is clean, the material tank must be flushed and sterilized. Ensure that the parts in contact with the materials are free of dirt and bacteria.
4. In the production process, the biological stability of the bottled liquid must be ensured for sterilization. Control the sterilization time and temperature to ensure the subsequent effects. It is also necessary to prevent the sterilization time from being too long or the temperature to be too high to reduce liquid oxidation. After sterilization, it should be cooled as soon as possible so that the temperature does not exceed 35°C.
5. Before each operation of the mask machine, use 0~1℃ water to lower the temperature of the mask machine tank and the conveying pipeline. When the filling temperature exceeds 4℃, the temperature should be lowered first and then the filling operation should be carried out. Use a heat preservation tank and constant temperature filling to make the material maintain a certain constant temperature during the regular filling time, so as to avoid the mask machine from being unstable due to excessive temperature changes.
