　　 1. When the roller moves back and forth during work, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the proper position.

If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the M10 screw at the rear of the bearing frame to the proper position, adjust the gap so that the bearing does not produce noise, turn the pulley by hand, and the tightness is appropriate. Too tight or too loose can cause damage to the machine. . 　　2. If it is out of service for a long time, wipe the whole body of the machine to clean, coat the smooth surface of the machine with anti-rust oil, and cover it with a cloth canopy.

　　3. Check the parts regularly, once a month, check whether the worm wheel, worm, bolts on the lubricating block, bearings and other movable parts are flexible and wearable. If defects are found, they should be timely and not forced to use.

　　4. After the Granule packaging machine is used or stopped, the rotating drum should be taken out to clean and brush the powder left in the hopper, and then install it to prepare for the next use.
